...e They hire only for one month.like,if a employee would do job for one month He/she would get 65% salary.30% consultancy fee and other 5 % is registration charges.please dont expect salary for 2nd month if you are continuing job in next month. Regular hiring is there from pan india

... deduct 35% consultancy fee because they have their own consultant (naukri.com).i started this job in june as a psa in online team in this pendemic and got 65% salary in July. After that i work for whole month and this month HR said...we will not issue your salary for july month and you can leave this work .I really don't know what to do now..they are not attending my phone calls

Company is third class company. Every employees feedback: It's a biggest mistake to join this company.

No work life Balance No job security No paid leave No provident fund No Travel allowance No insurance facility The only work between 10am to 8:15pm (10 hour work) with 30 minutes lunch break and pressure and irritation. They don't respect employees and each other.

So, management staff is good and supportive as well, training given by the management help every employee to learn new things and enhance your knowledge as well, working environment is good.

Dislikes

Growth opportunity is less, incentive part is very less you have to achieve a very high target to earn that lesser incentive part and with work-life balance I was not happy.
