Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Bina suchna Bina notice ekadam se nikal deti hai, Employee ka Dhyan bilkul nahin rakhti aur Na to appointment letter bhi nahin dete. Aur costumer ko ser pe baithi hai aur employee ki ek bhi nahi sunti , chahe customers employee ko gali de/ marpet bhi de to employee ki galti manti hai.customer ko tea and lunch and other facilities hai.aur Employee ko to kuch nahi hai. Owner is very good person khi 10 crore khi 12 crore and more pr years Dan / punya krte rhte hai. But management to etne ghatiya hai ki employee se extra kam to karti hai pr uska koi overtime tk bhi nahi dete. Etna sb employee krne ke bad experience holder old employee ko company ek dum se chatni kr dete hai aur new employee ko rakh lete hai. Chatni per only without reference bale hi nikal deti hai. Jo management ke hote unka koi chatni nahi hota. So this process company follow work
