Work life balance is good, wfh is allowed.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No real funding, VP-Engineering doesn't understand the product and how development should be done. Doing things fast is given priority over doing things right. Hence products keep breaking. Employee turnover rate is really high. New team leads are experts in politics.

Last year the higher management got changed and it brought a very drastic change which led all the great managers to resign from the company which is why work culture really impacted.
