You can not be promoted. Company can hire high hike employee but don't promoted old employee. Internal politics is very bad if your marwari then you servive and get hike in it.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which I cannot resign.

In this company is fulfilled by politics between employees and Hod's and the other side if you are dedicated for the boss either work only show off you are rising in the company. This is the truth of company..

The management is quite decent and very co- operative. In any manners they are with you, even the hirer management also.

You know that politics is everywhere in company but you should have the capability to handle in all manners.

Pasa resources private ltd is good company and the company is supporting us in covid -19.here all the employees are very cooperative give me a lots of knowledge how to work in market how to manage the dealer and customer in the market.and the company culture is too good.all expenses and incentive are paid in timely basis .
