You can not be promoted. Company can hire high hike employee but don't promoted old employee. Internal politics is very bad if your marwari then you servive and get hike in it.

The working load at PASA RESOURCES PVT. LTD (Jamshedpur) can be quite high, and it often feels overwhelming. However, despite this heavy workload, it offers an immense opportunity to learn and grow. The time schedule, particularly 11-hour shifts (8 AM to 7 PM) and night shifts (7 PM to 6 AM), was the most challenging aspect. This extended work hours can be draining and tough. Additionally, the constant switching between different tasks can be difficult to manage at times. While it does build adaptability, it can be a little overwhelming for someone new to the role. However, these challenges offer valuable learning experiences and help build resilience and multi-tasking skills.🥲
