There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees

In the Begin Dint informed about the working days, as the app was on a trail period so it trashed at December 31st. Just after the 6 minths of joining. Just cause I been placed in PA I rejected few offers from other companies.

Should avoid to judge the people's on company and give the training for new project and in my experience after my First TL resigned 2nd TL is not wel good to trains no giving proper information about project.......no mocks said to start calls. TL have to aware to the executive should know all question well
