Campus is really big and very beautiful, neat and clean. Big infrastructure but not managed well enough. There is sports area in the campus which is good.

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfactory also career growth is not there, management was not transparent and a lot of politics. Management not address the issues properly. They give any kind of work at any given point of time irrespective of your job profile, they call and give random tasks on holidays and Sunday also

Atleast in teaching department salary is given on time without any discrepancy

...orily on your personal social media account and also take meetings proof of it. No proper increment and no salary band according to living cost Also creating fake appearances on the website by asking faculties and students to upload drafted reviews, just to enhance your image is not good because the same people do mouth-to-mouth publicity which is more effective and long-lasting. And even these managed reviews can bring good faculties once but after they wont come again.

...ees is totally one sided and it is like senior and junior for work distribution. And even Principals can't say anything to such imbalancing of work due to which juniors who are getting very low salary like 15-20K a month are having too much work pressure and seniors who are getting salary like 40-60K are enjoying them selves. Small departments are always suffering as staff of such small departments are 3-5 person and they have to do the same task and portfolios as big department having 25-60 staff are doing. So here you can imagine the work balance!!!

Dislikes

University holds academic performance interviews with points where seniors always gets more points (by default) than any others (even though points are given by external experts but the points get changed till it reaches to you) and hence the persons who really performs very well get disappointed. And all these injustice - stuff and politics is being performed either by Principal or HoDs who actually don't speak English even properly.

Likes

Overally it is a good place to work. Peaceful and green environment, helpful colleagues, but chances of growth and development is not something they are known for.

Dislikes

The compensation could be better. Remuneration for extra works could be managed properly and punctually.
