Most of the directors are from UK and they do play racism. They often promote to their nationalities people. When any situation comes they target Asians to fire. And unfortunately HR does not play any role of investigation.

There is plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,The work pressure is very high.I do receive appreciation emails from my team leader and manager, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain some times. My company not provide annual leave air ticket.

Just getting financially little strong with company salary . and i learned lot from Company.

...ate candidate knowledge and give chance to change his designation according to his qualification, and not giving salary according to country living standard.

Parsons careers are in one hand.It's work environment is comfortable.salaries are satisfactory and there are annual ungrades.Also, it make matting about safety weekly.

Dislikes

Every things has a shortage.In parsons I don't like it's salary system.Also, it doesn't over courses in oman or out off oman.Time for pray and lunch(break) not enough.
