Unethical pressure ,seniors behaviour is worst for junior employee ,even you didn't get paid according offered ctc ,you can't talk with HR regarding any issue .they will not entertain you

Old coded stocks issues. This is not a proper FMCG company. Hierarchical Manager are orthodox. Employees are not even Treated as humans. Expenses will get hold for months together if monthly targets not achieved. Even Salary too gets hold. ASM/SO as being used as salesman.

Senior is not supportive at all. The culture is here very toxic. Everythings is depend on your reporting boss. There is alot of gapping between HR and Employee. You can't put yourself in front of anyone. Seniors talks to his junior with rudeness and abuses.
