1) Worst culture. Your want to do unwanted works more than a work needed. 2) TA/DA wont be settled on the proper duration. 3) Sales executive will be treated like a highly paid ISR's 4) There is no respect on human value. 5) Worst culture i worked before.

I Have worked for 2.5 years in this company there is no team work especially in finance, std salary incrrements for every year no changes and you cannot expect appraisal from seniors , politics are more work environment is not good as you thought, work life balance is ok.

There is no team work and always internalnpolitics will run.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night.

Company is best but management is totally bad. No proper training zero job security, no career growth, salary always comes on time, no appraisal understand, 100% politics, learning is only ( big crocodile eats small one in lake). Very very bad work environment, apane see niche wali ki maro aur khud bacho, never possible to balance work and personal life in this company due to upper management.

...we plan and it result in expiry of stock which later hold claims of distributor. Moral of the story is they don't get distributor easily in the market due to bad reputation, under cutting, security deposit, false commitment and unnecessary stock loading to show primary number. When senior jobs are on stake they easily but blame on to there juniors. Politics is at another level. Last thing want to say don't join this organisation of you don't want to make your life hell.
