...we plan and it result in expiry of stock which later hold claims of distributor. Moral of the story is they don't get distributor easily in the market due to bad reputation, under cutting, security deposit, false commitment and unnecessary stock loading to show primary number. When senior jobs are on stake they easily but blame on to there juniors. Politics is at another level. Last thing want to say don't join this organisation of you don't want to make your life hell.

Unethical pressure ,seniors behaviour is worst for junior employee ,even you didn't get paid according offered ctc ,you can't talk with HR regarding any issue .they will not entertain you

Salary Package is higher. Perks are better

Old coded stocks issues. This is not a proper FMCG company. Hierarchical Manager are orthodox. Employees are not even Treated as humans. Expenses will get hold for months together if monthly targets not achieved. Even Salary too gets hold. ASM/SO as being used as salesman.

If you set with those culture your job will be secured. On time Salary. There is negative on a company side. Only on the team culture.

1) Worst culture. Your want to do unwanted works more than a work needed. 2) TA/DA wont be settled on the proper duration. 3) Sales executive will be treated like a highly paid ISR's 4) There is no respect on human value. 5) Worst culture i worked before.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good Salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is lot politics and the Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
