Good work life balance. No one expects you to sit late. Work culture is friendly as most of the staff members are working for decades / years. Good subsidised food in canteen.

...mpart technical skills. Management low on ambitions. Improper appraisal systems. No incentives or variable pay. No scope to learn new technology as very outdated systems are still in use. Hardly any travel for managers. Extremely low salaries as incompetent employees are working for years. Management should hire and retain professionals from other companies to improve the standard of performance.

...we plan and it result in expiry of stock which later hold claims of distributor. Moral of the story is they don't get distributor easily in the market due to bad reputation, under cutting, security deposit, false commitment and unnecessary stock loading to show primary number. When senior jobs are on stake they easily but blame on to there juniors. Politics is at another level. Last thing want to say don't join this organisation of you don't want to make your life hell.
