No incentives, no systematic works, Cannot take samples from company. No Headoffice visits. No employee satisfaction in terms of perks and benefits. No vacation tour by the company not even once a year. No Gifts on festivals to the lower level employees.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive there is a small cafeteria in the office

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is okay but career growth is slow

Everything. Very less salary as per standard. Unnecessary Work pressure. No balance in work . Very less TADA. No HR policy. Poor management. No support from senior's.

Lot of things. There is no job security. After joining company, Management will use you and anytime they can reduce your salary or designation or can change location without any reason. Management is never thinking for employees future.

...xplore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.
