Leave Benifit is good. Double Overtime as per basic pay for extra working hours is very good. (Need minimum 04 hrs extra working to claim overtime)

No transportation facility available from company. Also no private or public transport directly available to the plant. You need to reside nearby or have own transportation. No work culture and no discipline to workers. Management not able to control workers. You need to adjust with surrounding.

Outdated old machines ,no carrer growth, Least visibility ,lack of scrutiny and frequent changes in products.

Poor Culture, Seniors treat reporting employee as their servants. Gives slangs in front of fellow employees and in Market. No role of HR, only new hirings or releaving. No market instruments. No recognition. No new opportunity to current employees.

...xplore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.

No incentives, no systematic works, Cannot take samples from company. No Headoffice visits. No employee satisfaction in terms of perks and benefits. No vacation tour by the company not even once a year. No Gifts on festivals to the lower level employees.
