New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Nothing at all. The company is working as side business for a Delhi based tycoon to convert black money to white. No GM ir HOD is required as only one women from owners end runs the show. Employees are exploited here.

Dislikes

Park Regis don’t have any control on this property. This runs like stand alone with owners foolish guideline.

Nothing to like in Park Regis , very poor management, no value of staff, no career development, no job safety , in short it’s better to be jobless rather working in Park Regis

Everything I disliked , even all staff is suffering there from poor management , Naina Kapoor ko bhaga do thoda better ho jaega , She is Termite.
