Dislikes

Absolutely no support is there from the top level executives sitting at a head office when it comes to handling clients escalation. Also they have not yet settled my Full and final settlement amount which is legally not correct and sign of unprofessionalism. I will strongly advice people not to join the organisation and consider other options. They are asking to pay the amount to get fnf settlement and reliving letter. - Another worst part is that the city teams do not get the treatment of what head office teams get like cultural celebrations, parties, etc.

...licy for WFH. CTO says take leave then work ADOE says if you get late after 10.30 fine will be applied on your salary. And lot of other un healthy culture stuff. Just one request dont join at any cost.

New, Interesting & Good concept of IOT based automation solution. But poorest execution by Operations.

Dislikes

...or clients and only focuses on sales. No proper planning & Strategizing on work. FBP in salary is a mess. Deducted 20% to 30% salary monthly basis.
