Absolutely no support is there from the top level executives sitting at a head office when it comes to handling clients escalation. Also they have not yet settled my Full and final settlement amount which is legally not correct and sign of unprofessionalism. I will strongly advice people not to join the organisation and consider other options. They are asking to pay the amount to get fnf settlement and reliving letter. - Another worst part is that the city teams do not get the treatment of what head office teams get like cultural celebrations, parties, etc.

One thing I liked about working as field sales executive is that work is flexible in nature and work as per your convenience

Park plus hasn't supported existing employees at all instead they have focussed on hiring people who are unemployed at a lower CTC , it started in March when The company started cutting salaries in the name of deferred pay. (A big scam - as they never intended to pay the same to employees) Then they stopped deferred and started deduction upto 75% and forcefully asking employees to resign or in some cases citing performance as a reason for 1 week PIP and then firing without following any retrenchment process.

Nothing please dont join this company if you are unemployed then also. No work life balance.

...licy for WFH. CTO says take leave then work ADOE says if you get late after 10.30 fine will be applied on your salary. And lot of other un healthy culture stuff. Just one request dont join at any cost.

New, Interesting & Good concept of IOT based automation solution. But poorest execution by Operations.

...or clients and only focuses on sales. No proper planning & Strategizing on work. FBP in salary is a mess. Deducted 20% to 30% salary monthly basis.
