This is the worst company. It does not cooperate with any staff. I have never seen such a company in my life. And I would suggest that please do not join this company. No increment, it is a selfish company.

After maternity maine join Kiya to maternity ki salary ni di and meri back up staff ko parmanent kar diya without mujhe inform kiye and mujhse feild work karwaya meri ६ month ki baby thi fir bhi or १५० km tk bheja daily and ek din mujhe letter de diya ki ap jao hme dusra staff mil gaya hai

Except for the timing of work, Nothing is good in that organisation.

The salary is very low. There is no single answer to the question of an unconditional salary deduction. The employee leave balance was not properly calculated. They keep the employee's PPF until the employee send a complaint to EPFO. No final settlement, no experience letter from the organisation after leave.

परिवार सेवा संस्था मैं मुझे काम करके बहुत अच्छा लगा इसलिए अच्छा लगा कि मुझे वहाँ काम करके बहुत कुछ सीखने और एक टीम के साथ कैसे काम करते है, कैसे हम अपने लक्ष्य ( CYP) और स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी सेवाएं सामान्य जन तक पहुँचा सकते है जानने को मिला।
