from salary delays or deductions to finger print even to go to the toilet passing through a total lack of decision making. Last but not least they sell fake products (Balmain) with huge discounts and they survive only thanks to legal lawsuit and aggressive behavior in the market. Simply the worst company where to work in Dubai.

Team mates are job but managers are not highley experience.there is very less salary appraisal after 2 yrs n there is to much deduction for loss of goods n damage item and no security from company.learning is good.there is no motivation n after lots of hardworking it's like a waste

The work environment , Area manager is believing with his same nationalities syrian even lies without proper checking what happen and asking the person. Its one sided hes not professional about the people. I hope sankari will know about this . Too much people resigning here at abu dhabi

only good for fresh graduates and new expats in the country as a first job

NO procedures NO policies NO organizational chart NO clear job descriptions. The company is owned by Syrians but it's actually run by Filipinos back stage which are racist to everyone else, Full of politics and back stabbings. HR department is a joke. You'll find two or three professionals in the company that are the actual working engine for it but they're really unappreciated at all. Advice : Stop seeing the company and the people by somebody else's eyes. Judge people yourselves and you we'll know who really cares about his work and deserves a better treatment and who doesn't. Listen to your employees directly , Treat the toxic workplace, Respect their time, Reconsider and improve all the current workflow.

The thing what I like that is, interaction with different different nationality that allow me to learn their level of mentality and their culture.

Dislikes

I am very happy with the company‘s process and procedures of the work but at the same time they should give chance to those people who have caliber to grow in their field.
