I don't know how they are driving..how a business can run with maximum expense and nil profits.. By just cutting a cake on monthly basis wowo... Another good thing here is HR team.. All nonsense from the around are here... 0 knowledge of ground and practicality.. Only catering management.. I come to know... They hire the people who are rejected from the Industry... Even management don't bothered

...l image.. ITS a good company for those who don't have any place in this world.. All useless people from the industry you can find here on industry higher salary with lack of skills only as KRA.. THANKS FOR USELESS HR TEAM THERE WHO ITS SELF SEEMS NO OF USE.. SEEMS THEY ONLY CATTER ONLY MANAGEMENT THEY DON'T CARE... COMPANY DON'T SURVIVE BY CUTTING CAKES AND SHOWOFFS..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing, there is no job security. You can asked to leave by the boss, on others opinion not on your performance.

People discuss about others responsibilities, other than their own work. Few less qualified people don't want to encourage highly qualified. Because they know if they will survive in company, they will create the lo qualified people. That's why they are making negative massage about them.
