...ent. Company policies are not good for apprentice workers and employees as well. No well salary hikes and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent and career growth is slow. No one cares about your talent. Only donkey work environment. On the job no one gives tanning.

Nothing. This company exits in Vitual world. No real office. Only on paper.

Everything. No salary. Worked for 4 months. Gave no salary. Lot of legal cases on them are going on based on fraud. They also took a lot of loans from Banks and absconded

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade is chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing to like, the company does not have any effect if 30 - 40 percent people leaves company every year, people doesn't want to stay in that environment for completing notice period or bond period and gives company lot of money (gross salary and 18 % GST) which is there pure income

Dislikes

1) Worst work culture, have to work extra 2 hours after office time. 2) Bad work environment doesn't follow any of industrial safety guidelines 3) have to suffer bad politics everyday and especially at time of your appraisal 4) peoples with high tolerance can work here for long time, most peoples leaves company within probation period. 5) No canteen, paid mess which provides breakfast and food at your lunch / breakfast time, quality below average
