Few managers are literally bad at managing people and too biased, they prefer the own favorites for promotion and good compensation. too much politics internally however

Parexel has been a good platform to work on challenging environment. Salary and compensation is good for whoever deserves. Work life balance can be early maintained as the pressure isn't that high!

Management isn't that well defined and not greatly process oriented

Salary is slightly better than average for older employees.

BA group doesn't have vision and there is no good work. BA just converts requirements to feature and user stories. Also, not much scope for growth for a BA. Also, Parexel has very frequent org changes

1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
