Job security. Good work environment. Average salary hike and bonus for this particular safety associate role. Employee value is less.

There are seriously lot of politics and management doesn't know whats going on with employees. Employee is not given any value only client gets the value and work load is heavy. Ample on the job training was not given and everything is always on rush. Employee benefits are no way near to new joinees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.

Get to work on end to end activities, exposure to learn new thing.

Few managers are literally bad at managing people and too biased, they prefer the own favorites for promotion and good compensation. too much politics internally however
