My overall experience has been good so far. Company is flexible enough regarding the leaves and login time. Sometimes there will be a lot of workload. It is a very good company for freshers

No much scope of growth in the Project Planning and support department. Also salary is less compared to market

Parexel is open to innovation and readily adopts new techs in the industry. i was happy to be part of such organization and also good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Being a CRO work pressure is high and growth is slow... Hikes are decent but no bonus for juniors even though they are the one who works most.

Company has good work culture, Provide good work life balance. Not many technologies. Recommended for someone from life sciences background.

Dislikes

...areer growth, Weak appraisal system. Job security depends on employee's package. No threat of job security for mid-level or junior level employees as pay is already less. Poor HR Management, No good connectivity with employees. Terrible transport system. No innovation except appraisal stunts. Mostly no travel opportunities.

1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
