1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.

Get to work on end to end activities, exposure to learn new thing.

Few managers are literally bad at managing people and too biased, they prefer the own favorites for promotion and good compensation. too much politics internally however

...ture and policies. The management also supports in every problem to the members. All important facilities are provided and salary hike is given every year.

Dislikes

Internal job opportunities can be increased for employees according to qualification and manager approval should be taken at last as many times manager don't approve for transfers. This can be sorted for employees so that they can go and work in preferred departments as per their qualification.

Job security is there and you will get benefits like medical insurance. You will get flexible working hours as well as flexible work arrangement.

Dislikes

...t where I am not able to give time to my family and no proper training is there. Overall compensation is good but I do not like IJP policy where people are not given annual appraisals.
