The work culture and environment. It's actually very good plus the advantage of flexible timings and timely pay cheque and adequate compensation for extra work done

Dislikes

The system of heirarchy. You cannot have a M.Pharma a team manager and expect MD and MBBS to work under them. The overall quality suffers

Likes

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Dislikes

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.

My overall experience has been good so far. Company is flexible enough regarding the leaves and login time. Sometimes there will be a lot of workload. It is a very good company for freshers

Dislikes

No much scope of growth in the Project Planning and support department. Also salary is less compared to market

I can say it is the company with Heart. People here are very cooperative. You will not have much pressure in your head. You can go home and forget about the work. Insurance is the best thing where parents are also covered.

Dislikes

Compensation will never be upto the market level. Management is not good. Not adaptive to changes. Still using the outdated technologies. There is a need to bring in New blood in the higher management.

... take it to next level. There is a heavy cloud of favoritism in terms of growth.there is no salary increments . Pre era dated salaries are being rewarded to employees with mounting work pressure. A weekly resignation of the oldest and newest employees is very common.

Dislikes

There is no growth, no hikes, no learning. If we happen to enter a department here, with 100%s surity you wouldn't be able to get a job anywhere else in the market. This is created to bog down employment opportunities for existensial employees.
