There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If working in KNPL warehouse then their is no proper timing.

...atmosphere good like a family. But to develop the staff. Team is hardwork team. Salary to be increased. Innovation. But treating staff as family members. Good Management but still to honour good employees and develop them to high rank. Facilities as per law excellent. Committed services.

...u can doing chip politics with your Júnior and after 3-6 how to kick out them. the above thinks you can learn from there with salary. this is my like point, I will suggest you don't be join if you have a job, if you are jobless you can join for 3 month after you should leave ... Be very care full at the interview they are tell something after they will do something

I am just leaving my JOB within 3 Month without any Job, now you can understand what is the company and what is the culture. My all Colleagues i requesting you please don't destroy you carrier with some money. other wise the you will be next person on my position.
