Increment and promotion policy is not so comprehensive. They can hire an employee on higher package but will not promote you however you have better knowledge, experience and productive for company. One negetive thing that there are lots of family member/ relatives are on management position, due to that always chance of conflict of interest. (Like new project setups, purchasing with some specific vendors).
