Only thing to lile was they gave their own system. Nothing else to like.

Dislikes

Too small of a company. They only have work in the end months of the year (because of Christmas, high quantity of parcels are shipped). They only hire for this period and after that is done, you will be "unfortunately let go" from the job, for which they will be "devastated". And you will be left with questions from the next company as to why you were let go from a company in 5 months only. It must be your fault and you must not be reliable. Look, join here only if you want a temp job and there are no other options at all. Take 2-3 months salary and leave to find a better job. This has happened to me, and the very next year to my friends who worked there. Yearly they hire in August and fire in January. Yearly.

I was very much comfortable working under my manager Karandeep, he was the real hero in some points of time and the work environment created by him was so supportive. I was nominated by him for growth opportunities and he does same for every employee as per theri skills..

It was just about some growth aspects which I was waiting for and it was getting delayed.

They will fire you within 4 to 5 months. They do not have that much business. They just hire for their busy period, ie. Christmas time and once that is over in 2 months, they will fire you. I have seen this happen multiple times.

They ask me to leave the organisation in this tough time. Though the company is earning good, still they decided of lay off just to save more money since everyone is at home they do not required an additional supervisor.

The office is full of politics, the seniors doesn't want to talk to you but they want the subordinates to understand what exactly they are thinking.

Do not go there for a job. Manager is harassing employees in every stage. No skill development. You have to do chatugiri if sustain there. No value of hard work there.

Dislikes

Manager behaviour is worst towards employees. And boss also cannot hear any word against manager. So you can do nothing if any issue persist. No HR and no Admin there. I left the job on 12th March 2021 and now it's 22 July 2021 and I did not yet received my experience letter.
