There are NO pros working with them. They will only say good things on their face or they will do acting but in reality they will make the worst possible employee experience ever. Especially HR will especially use the name of Makrand to make your life miserable. Worst ever management thinking and approach towards managing people. Employees are just the resources who are giving them money from clients. They are treated worse than machines. No flexibility is offered. Additionally there are managers like Atul who are not ashamed to call managers will make your life miserable.

Work with Postmen ( they call them managers) who will make sure that you can't work well and you face many challanges while delivering the work 6. Work like a slave and get treated like slave 7. Get the HR to intervene in your personal matters and HR specifically Nikita will remind you all your khandan and how much they earn and everything. she is literally spoiling the name of HR fraternity. Nikita must be called " Inhuman Resources" and a postman. Work on your HR processes and hire some good HR to work on your policies. calls will not help, Act upon the suggestions made. After sometime people will silently move and only people who will be left will be Makarand and Ketan. Please have the guts to introspect and improve.

Salary on time. HR is good and cooperative.

Dislikes

No cooperation towards employees. Organization does not allow to take leaves not even loss of pays. Even if in emergency, lead argues for taking leaves and acts very rudely. Organization does not informed the employees regarding shifts at the time of joining.

Good management easily can communicate with managers no issues.

Dislikes

Client has given more importance, also would like to diversify their business into BA, product owner etc etc… rather focusing only on testing.
