No job security No leave policy No holidays. Unstructured, unstable company. There is no fixed timings to leave office everyday, its also depends on MD's mood. Too much politics. one employee named Rita Routh , office receptionist. she is like boss or next to MD. behavior is very bad . MD behave with all employees like slave.

The office is just very nicely decorated so that from the outside you cant understand what is going on inside the office .

Dislikes

Many people will leave their previous company and join here with a lot of hope but i will say this is the biggest mistake of your life , No job security , lots of politics ,dirty things , torture . MD nature is not good specially for women's , if girls are heard then he forgiven everything .If you accept MD all bad proposals you will not have to do any work , you will remain without work. There the staff RITA and SANDEEP are doing bad dirty things in the open office but no one can say anything because of RITA is very closed to MD . RITA is a receptionist but acting like she is the owner of this company , insult the seniors . MD knows every thing but keeps silent and does not say anything. A movie is playing there called " AKK PHOOL DO MALI " .........MD ......RITA ....SANDEEP ..............This is why MD thinks all girls like RITA .MD is simple a crazy , character less person who is sinking his own company by his own hands......just because of RITA .If any one join here you won't be able to survive specially for girls / women's .

Md is no 1 B & C.he is mad & 2 employees named sandip & Rita routh make this office at a honeymoon place.openly they are doing the shameless work & every one is in panic becoz those who disclosed the matters that will be the last day of company. MD knows everything. No camera is working.one of the worst company I have seen my carrier life.my suggestion is not join this company .
