Worst experience working with paras healthcare ...there alot of mentall torchure and working harrasment ,,even they also hold my salary as i asked them for my post operative rest as i went for appendctomy in same hospital and when i ask for leave after my surgery they refused and told me to give resign and they didnot pay my salary for the same month also they mentally torchured me as i get depressed and start taking antidepressants ...i personally didnot recommend anyone to joi paras healthcare as it was litterally a hell .....👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

All staff are helpfull and working experience is good .

- everytime issue creat for salary . Unnecessary salary cut if i do work properlly then we say sry its our mistake . I suffer from this all kind of issues .

In hospital I like salary paid time to time....👍 It was good to me...☺️ In my department all person like my seniors all are helping nature

Accommodation not given by company to their staffs.... Extra duty payment not given properly...

I think nothing special in this hospitals, they think staff nurse just a like animal, doing with them anything.

...e your shift and handover started at 9'o clock started you think you came at 12.30 and finish your duty around 10'o clock, second big issues your salary issue I have done job since 2 years and one year another hospital experince within 17000 and they give 23000 one year experienced staff. Third one if I have urgent need a casual leave and I inform m Incharge previously they put the absent in register, once a day I have lot of abdomen pain and I check in paras hospital opd doctor say u must done a ultrasound then come to me, I done my ultrasound and impression is swelling in pancreas and intestine then I decided take my sick leave, I am going to N.S mam capt. Anitta mam, I give a sick leave letter with ultrasound, before I ask she say no, go to ur duty. Omg

Work culture is worst, specially Head HR at Srinagar is worst person, use to talk unprofessional talks about religion and always play huge dirty politics. Until you are doing things according to him you are safe (right or wrong no matters) the moment you started doing justice to your position to your organisation, your bad time will start. And they will harass you up to certain level that you have to quit even without other options.
