...y can ask you to leave anytime even if it's not your fault, management is worst. Salary is on time that is the only good thing. Their tools are also not working. Since I came here I saw many people leaving because they asked them to leave. and most important there is a handicapped system.... specially human resource department HR head treated impaired to his employee..... there is no system....higher authority are molested his female employee...absolutely ridiculous experience

No communication from top to Down Management needs to trust people working for them and they people who have access to higher management gives false information which leads to leave the good people

Nothing this company has poor HR policy and more so the seniors in the organisation takes undue advantages. They are biased towards female employees and no training on POSH. Seniors /bosses take advantage of their seniority.. ugly politics

Everything ppl are working with low salary and senior management are blaming reason of attrition to the team leader .Gender discrimination at all levels .older resources consider them to the owners of the hospital .

Work culture is worst, specially Head HR at Srinagar is worst person, use to talk unprofessional talks about religion and always play huge dirty politics. Until you are doing things according to him you are safe (right or wrong no matters) the moment you started doing justice to your position to your organisation, your bad time will start. And they will harass you up to certain level that you have to quit even without other options.

The staff is well qualified and consultants too are helping and help you learn new things

Salary appraisal is just a formality they never increase salary and if they do it is just like a daily wages to a labour working in a coal factory. even after working for 1.5 years they never noticed the efforts and never increase the salary instead they give more preferences to the non medico staff like GRE and other admin staff like doctors rmo and nursing staff has no role 😕
