Salary package is really low Like if I am talking about my self I have 4 yrs of experience but the salary I am having is not satisfactory as compared to my skills or my work

The only thing i upvote for is you get salary on time well that’s not even a thing to brag about because you deserve to be paid on time in any organisation.

Management wouldn’t to listen you until your resignation carrry a weight or can cause them a suffer. No growth or advancement in knowledge coz the top elite doesn’t allow it to happen as it might shake the position/chair they’re holding.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only thing to like is may be the salary which is mostly on time. Everything comes with job security..one day suddenly you get a call that management has decided to dissolve the post you holding and the management expects you to give a resignation with a one month notice..on reasoning, management says that's because the hospital is not making profits..SO ZERO JOB SECURITY. Salary is on time,10th day of every month. Though one may expect cuts in salary on pretext of minimal profit generation.. One has to really struggle to get N95 masks/protective gears from the management.

No job security..Laying off on pretext of zero profit generation..as if they share profits whenever the hospital generates it..

One day you go on maternity leave without pay and you are called back after 3 months by the department.By the time i rejoined, the department was outsourced and covid emerged and after working for 2 months was layed off without notice.
