...my entire tenure I have suffered despite of top performance in the organisation. No one informed me about the frequent delay in Salary for two months without any increments over last 5 years. Culture is pothretic as only people who can do buttering have a great future. Promises are made to be broken is the simple strategy. On my last working day I have submitted my exit interview sheet to owners and HR after knowing there was no use. My team was highly motivated and roper performers in the company and got recognitions quite a few times. Only because I tried to inculcate basics of work and deciplinery aspects top management started acting weird and almost entire team resigned with me. Few of them are with me and I have helped few to get the desired job in the market. Thanks
