I was working in the concern as an IE. I did my best and had great support from the Managing Director in implementing new things very proactively. I also implemented 5s and lean management and took the efficiency higher.

Single point is not this company for me only near by my home town i can take care of myself and family other are very very worst, here no job security due to each quarter change the senior people , also we can not work long period management not review our skilled .

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
