... in congested small 6 seater car for 8 people. Remaining to go by public bus. The agreed take home salary also not provided. They deducted 20℅ and told it will be provided as bonus. Bonus is employer option. Deducting employees salary and giving later is cheating. All the decision will be taken by MD only in delayed manner. Very slow progress at site. Government office will be better.

.... Horrible. Shortage of helpers, tea/coffee is worst here. Zero professionalism. They even make you work overtime in same salary and give you zero incentive . And if you leave on time i.e. 7:00 then they all gossip about it. Work culture is pathetic, and around 5-10 employees are young and rest of the employee are all above 35. So one cannot expect good work culture. Evening people above age 55-60 are working here.

For any fresher good opportunity for learning and better for self devlopment, company salary payment very timely.

..... and system software, and company not fix any specific profile of employees...so employees confused, Salary ...is very law compare to market and profiles.

Good company to start your career as this is EPC company. However lack of management will always find you in pressure. And also there no deparment called HR, ADMIN. Everything is self made rules and times to time it will be change as per thwir need.
