...nagement is poor. Despite doing your best work, your efforts are not recognized. There are no increments, and the salary structure is very poor. Team management is not good; managers don't know how to handle the team, leading to unnecessary workload and unnecessary stretching of time. Taking leave is problematic, whether it's for sick leave or any other reason.

What i like about working at Paramount healthcare management is the collaboration environment and the opportunity to learn and grow. Over my 10+ years here l've gained valuable experience managing diverse portfolio and serving a large client base. The organization promotes teamwork, and i've been fortunate to work with colleagues who are supportive and professional.

Not a real management, even a GM will take a simple customer call for query, no benefits none, and hierarchy is non existent, same as job description, you will be asked to do other teams work with yours ofcouse
