It's a lala company Work load is unmanageable coz of less employees Office politics No criteria at the time of leaving company, they will ask you for 2 months salary even in probation. Will deduct security amount also which will mostly non refundable. They take decisions as per their rules no such standard rules are followed. If you are young and beautiful or handsome then you can enjoy all the perks by Dr Suman(branch head) especially boys otherwise you will be treated like shit. They do very much micromanagement for girls as head herself is very much insecure.

There is nothing to like about paramount office. I was working in Pune branch. There are so many issues with salary. Salary deduction with every na month with no clarification. HR services are worse. In working environment manager and branch manager is not supportive.

...ing on the same. And not cooperating for the employees. HR services are too bad. In every month salary is deducted but they have not clarify reason for the same. Or not provide any email for the same. After joining I received my confirmation letter after 1 year when I left job. The company is not appreciated to employees for their works.

The mentors are very much helping and understanding they never judge you with your problems even it is work or personal life always helpful

The salary provided is a little low and they can intoduce other benefits as well to improve work life

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is helpful. They give average salary and average bouns every year. They give monthly 2 Saturday off and monthly sick and emargency leaves.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is averages but I have so much learning about work and this is helpful for your career growth.there is a no bond for resign.on the job training is given to new joiners.

The IT system used by company is very upgraded, user friendly and easy to use, the experience of the same is very useful for future work. The working environment very good and helps to do productive work.

The company pay less salary as compare to the knowledge, experience and skills of the employee.
