Teammates, job security, career growth, salary payment issue, politics, cheap mentality people, MD just believes blindly who is working since years which actually is getting his business down, if new comers explains him also he will not trust that. Lot of rubbish things happens in shoolagiri factory started by Sunaina but MD just supports her blindly god only knows why he is like that. Being in South India he just doesn't wanted to keep South Indian people in his organization and he (MD) just tells that South Indians are worst people.
