I learned so many things and happy with overall development. This was my first company. I worked with all my heart there.

Dislikes

...f as i was an engineer in maintt. Department but there is no proper desk for me. Apart from that i worked there for 3 years i didnt get any promotion or salary hike. I started work at 15k and in the end it 15k what i get in my account. So 3 years with no pay hike and gave my 100 percent to the company. And in covid they cut 30 percent salary of all the employees so that was even rude. And there is no job security anytime they can give you your cheque and say thankyou so much.

Job security & good for freshers to learn lots. colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure with less pay even no appreciations/recognitions of ur hard work. No job training No increment/ bonus.

In paramount there is lot of things to learn, as there is a culture of multitasking employees, you have to work in all the areas of your profession. Good environment and supportive staff is make u feel good in the company.

Dislikes

Salary growth and annual appraisals are not as per other industries. work pressure is very high in the accounts department. HR policies may disappoint you if you compare with other companies.

For fresher's and for career start this company is excellent. They enhance your knowledge and skills in positive direction. Working environment is excellent.

Compenansation is very poor. They should improve the same and also credit the salary timely.

Late sitting environment with any pre defined Wrong language issue Benefit on for old employee, new employees not covered in benefits criterias. Etc Without p
