Don't pay salary on time Forget about appraisal you will never get that Forget about PF they are expert in deducting the Money from your salary but sadly forget to credit that money on your PF account Management is very poor No job security - they will fire you anytime Pranav Rao and TJ are skilled at using sweet words so don't fall for them otherwise you and your career could end up in a bad situation Don't get caught in their trap. Those 5 star reviews you see are from current employees who are forced by management to give them.

The product is good. Extremely understaffed, hence you will get to work for more than you signed-up for. Thereby, learning more in the process.

Dislikes

Highly understaffed. Unless the MD has a liking for you, even as a performing employee, you won't get salary hikes or commissions. The paperwork related to remuneration & compensation is very lousy. In case you wish to discontinue, they will deduct some of your salary based on some lame reason so that you face problem in presenting payslips. This is a 15-year old company, still working like an infant start-up with no funding. No compensation for working extra hours or leaves retained. The work culture is toxic, to say the least.

I feel secure here. Amid mass layoffs going all round globally, everyone constantly stay in fear about losing jobs. Here the management team has kept things under vigil and ensure that no harm comes to their employees. They truly treat their employees as a close knit family.

I don't think there is any flaw here. Things run smooth. More than that, it is a safe space.

The way they allow you to grow is truly commendable. I have in this wonderful organisation for 3 years now. I have never felt an iota of discomfort or partiality. The product that they have created is changing how the world looked at client relationships and management. I have full confidence that this organisation is bound to achieve greatness and I will be an active part of it to make that happen.
