There is no as such good to say.

Dislikes

It is a big chain of restaurant but sad to say that there is no organizational structure. The dirty and cheap politics of the so called Corporate Team is evident in daily operations. None of the Corporate team is involved in operations nor to increase revenue, not at all professionals.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
