Salary deductions are more. They will deduct Shift allowance as 4k for all the employees( No company will deduct so much for shift allowance). 16 months bond for freshers. Prior information should be given 1 week before on taking leaves.

I've worked here for 18 months including my 2 months of notice period. Initially you should be willing to sign for an agreement of working for 16 months. And I worked a Creative Auditor, it's not a great role to play at outside. Because you can't find any job regarding this role. It will be a good one for those who look for a career at non tech. A friendly environment. No pressure. No need to work after your shift timings.

Repetitive work. Not an interesting one. You cannot see a serious career growth. Low salary.

- Salaries are below industry standards at this company. - Focus is on completing assigned tasks rather than delivering impactful results. - Every task completed requires raising a ticket and getting it checked by an IQA (Internal quality assurance) team member. - This process consumes valuable time, reducing efficiency. - Expect to spend at least 1/2 hours daily on ticketing and IQA queries. - Talking someone at Paragon Digital before accepting an offer here is recommended, else you'll regret your decision.

Worst company. No hike, no learning, no job security. Even u get best performer they will fire you.. no matter how much u worked or how good u are. Without reason u will be fired. No use of putting your time and hardwork. Some company won't consider u for interview if u have worked here.
