Its actually a good place for some to start their career, I’ve seen lot of manages coming from kfc, dominos, MC DONALDS, because of the paradise culture, especially for someone just started there’s an ocean of knowledge if used properly

Dislikes

There’s nothing to dislike in particular except for the part were at mid senior - manager level you wouldn’t easily get leaves or off when you need them, need to sacrifice personal life and adjust for the duty rosters they creat.

Very good company in term of Work Culture, career Growth, Company culture wise । Company management always taking care of Employees welfare। I have seen very good & Supporting team members, Boss .

I don’t feel like I’m able to continue I feel like after being educated and being skilled still I’m getting a very low pay today I got my salary and I feel ashamed of my self being such qualified and well knowledge and still getting just 12k.

Tremendous work culture. HODs and company CEO were always very supportive. It's a benchmark created by company in people's heart by giving original biryani.

sometimes you feel that life becomes unbalanced with lot of work pressure but actually it is a new starting to be grilled itself to become extra ordinary.

I'm proud to work with PARADISE because each and every person learn more things related to his job, balancing family. Here we work as a team to sort The operations easily,where as company gives many ideas to develop our self's, and I proud to tell that I'm a HYDERABADI, bcoz I saw many hotels in the city they only made 60/70 handis over a day but in paradise we have large scale of production,
