Nothing, worst company to work in.

Everything, top to bottom management is corrupt. They will layoff people periodically citing revenue shortage and after that they will hold F&F and will ghost you in terms of payment. Both India and US leadership is very mean and they will abuse you if you make a mistake.

I was hired for a support function, and then moved to Operations in the name of learning and training new things. Also, if the business is not making profit, get ready for immedate termination Not advisable for Experienced folks (3+ years) to join, as the org doesn't have any responsiblity to their employees.

Company is very bad in terms of employee satisfaction, they even don't clear the dues at the time of FnF, No fair policy of HR, its like "Baniye ki Dukan" they mold the policy as per the policy with those employees who are very close to seniors. most of the time they dont credit complete salary, by deducting amount unnecessarily, and for the same we have to follow up for 2-3 months. My suggestion is not to work for this company, as they don't understand the problem of employees and consider everyone as lier.
