Like other companies it also has few staff's with insecurities, there are instances of a few staff members exhibiting insecurities and engaging in office politics, which can create unnecessary tension in the workplace. Micromanagement sometimes hinders the creativity of employees and productivity of talented employees. Leading to a less conducive work environment. New employees may not always feel adequately valued or supported during their initial integration into the work culture, which can impact their morale and engagement.

Teaching job is lovely. I like shari g whate er we learb to someone who need to learn

The working environ mwnt and politics is terrible. It might be one of the unhealthiest environment among the staffs. There's a lot of lies majority of the staff weren't known. ( I somehow heard thoose lies) If I would be able to work in other places I would like to left the team

It's very bad experience there is no growth, they are not consider employee effort, very selfish administration, they are thinking only the company profit and benifit there is no job security.

Dislikes

It's very bad experience,please consider the effort of the employees and provide the benifits, I request directors should focus on employees safety and benifits, don't consider fake reports from operation team, they pushing up only to favour persons, so please build a another team to monitor operation manager. I have seen only one operation manager who was working promptly to paradigm that's Ms. Monica. Hire such people to get the standard in your company. Thanks & Regards Frustrated X employee.
