SALARY & APPRAISAL IS WITH HOD. WHO DONT KNOW ABOUT THE POTENTIAL OF THE CANDIDATE. THERE SHOULD BE A REVIEW PROCESS OF EACH AND EVERY PERSONS IN A DEPARTMENT WHERE EVERYONE CAN GIVE THEIR REVIEW ABOUT THEIR BOSS ANONYMOUSLY.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Favouritism is on top. You career will grow faster than everything if you are favourite of your HOD. HODs are not deeply involved in any technical decision. Always seeking for temporary solutions, no one even thinks what we can do to solve the perticular problem permanently.

They are taking 3rd party role SK outsourcing pvt ltd. On 3rd party they are no attend your problems. They don't have hr practice, no professional peoples. Don't know basics HR rules and regulations. also financial week company. No other facilities. There is no Hr policies for employees. No job security.
