...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...aperchase is excellent. They first train people and then clients are allocated. Salary, aopraisal depends on performance. You can find good opportunities for growth.

Nothing is there to dislike. They create pressure for work.

Pathetic company. Management is only want to make profit from employees salary deduction without any reason. The more you work the more they harass you. They are treating people like labour and not as employee. I must admit that any HR of labour workers are far batter than HR at Paperchase.
