There are only few projects so once you start working there, you will be stick to one particular stack of technologies for period of time you are associated with Project. Over-all HR management and Appraisal process need to be improved. Professionalism is less as employee follow Gujarati speaking. Less opportunity for mid level developer as many leads are associated with Company as well as project since long so they are in their comfort zone so yes less chances for Mid Level Developers

Best thing is the top level management. Kind and friendly directors always take care of the employees and the nature is helpful. Work life balance is good. Teammates are friendly. The feeling for the lose of job is not being seen for the regular employees. Taken care nicely for all the travelling schedules and cost. Work environment is good and the freedom for innovation is always there.
